FAQ
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes. Pay cash when your order arrives at your door. Simple.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered within 3 to 4 working days in Lahore, and 7 to 10 working days in other cities across Pakistan.
Are these lighters original?
These are premium novelty lighters. We check every single piece before shipping so yours arrives working perfectly.
How do I refill my lighter?
Most of our lighters run on standard butane gas — available at any general store. Flip the lighter over, push the gas nozzle into the refill valve, hold for 5 seconds. Done.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll replace it or refund you. No hassle.
Can I return a product?
Yes, within 7 days — as long as it’s unused and in its original condition. Return shipping is on you.
Do you deliver outside Pakistan?
Not yet. Pakistan only for now.
How do I contact you?
Message us on WhatsApp or use the Contact Us page. We normally reply within a few hours.
How can I track my order?
We’ll send you a tracking number on WhatsApp as soon as your order ships. You can follow it from there.
Do you give discounts on bulk orders?
Yes. If you’re buying 10 or more pieces, message us on WhatsApp and we’ll work out a deal.
What’s the difference between petrol and gas lighters?
Petrol lighters (like the classic Zippo style) use lighter fluid and give that classic soft yellow flame. Gas lighters use butane and give a strong blue jet flame that’s windproof. Both are refillable.
Do the ashtrays come in different colours?
Yes — we have them in golden, silver, and other colours. Check the Ashtrays page for what’s in stock.
Is my personal information safe?
Yes. We only use your name, number and address to deliver your order. We never share it with anyone else.
What if I get the wrong item?
Send us a photo of what arrived. If we sent the wrong thing, we’ll ship the right one at our cost.
